Government portal. County and municipal reviewers now have a page of their own: a read-only list of every booking flagged as requiring government permitting, with the renter's contact details, the event date, expected attendance, the spaces booked, food and alcohol chips, and the note your office wrote for them. Upcoming events sort first; past ones grey out at the bottom; declined and cancelled bookings never appear.

Reviewers are invited from Settings → Team with the Government role, which corrals them onto that one page. Owners and admins can open it too, to see exactly what the county sees.

Global search. One search box in the top bar that searches across everything at once — renters, bookings, invoices, payments, spaces, events, entries, vendors — with results grouped by type.

Pinned sidebar footer. Only the nav list scrolls; Settings and the account switcher stay put.

Booking and invoice linking. Record a payment against a booking's invoice from the booking itself, and search invoices from the booking screen. The side switcher moved.

F6 — Entertainment, sponsors, schedule, grounds map.

• Entertainment: upload the act's own contract for e-signing, riders and travel notes, event budget, and a payables ledger with CSV export.
• Sponsors: levels per event, a public sponsor form, and separate donation and invoice paths — donations produce an acknowledgment letter that subtracts goods received and states the deductible amount.
• Schedule: the daily public schedule builder, conflict-aware per location, publishable and printable.
• Grounds Map: uploaded image with color-keyed draggable pins, same-goods adjacency warnings, and a printable placement sheet.

F5 — Ticketing and patron CRM. Ticket types with caps and sales windows, a public sales page and embed, QR tickets, gate scanning, cash and card-reader gate sales in the same dashboard, and automatic patron enrolment for every buyer. Stock is reserved before the card is charged and released if it fails.

F4 — Vendors. Applications with a filterable review list, accept and auto-waitlist with automatic emails, occupancy tracking, and duplicate-goods flagging. Approved vendors get contracts, invoices, insurance uploads, reminders, and a portal with promo-material broadcast. Food vendors add per-item menu approval, menu conflict flagging, and percentage-of-sales rent with deposit credits, POS report upload, and pay-from-portal.

F3 — Entries, judging, and premiums.

• Catalog: Division → Department → Section → Class, with fees, premiums, rules, and superintendents at every level. Classes go in by pasting a list.
• Entries as their own records, with QR and reference codes, printable claim tags, and iPad check-in by scan.
• Judging: anonymous, per-scorecard criteria sliders, judge notes, save-and-next by QR scan, and point-threshold ribbon rules. Multiple judges per entry average.
• Results: configurable placement depth, tie handling that shares a place and pays each tied entry the full premium, best-per-household suppression before ranking, named awards, and publishing to the exhibitor portal with congratulation emails.
• Premiums: per-exhibitor tally, donate-back, and mass payout runs for check, cash, and transfer-by-record with a check-list CSV.
• The public exhibitor entry page: token URL per event, returning exhibitors keep their number, per-class limits enforced on both doors, card payment or fees-at-check-in per event.

F2 — Forms engine. Field palette including uploads and repeaters, payment fields totalling into a Stripe charge at submit, conditional visibility, multiple named notification routes with per-route conditional logic, a public hosted page and embed, and export-before-clear season reset.

F1 — Events. The event container with per-event module toggles and a milestone plan with owners, due dates, and completeness rollup.

Booking builder. Renter, dates including recurring occurrences, spaces and add-ons as line items, and conflict detection with explicit override. The full nine-state status machine and the seven-tab booking detail.

Calendar. Month view colored by space, occurrence-aware, stacked above a month-scoped bookings list, with setup and teardown chips and a space legend.

Contract templates and agreement rendering. WYSIWYG editor with merge tags, template picker and expiry on the booking form, and a rendered preview on the Agreement tab.

Public signing flow. Send for signature, the tokenized public page, renter-first multi-signer chain with drawn or typed signatures, IP and timestamps, decline and expiry paths, and branded emails at every step.

Tasks and task templates. Items with days-before-event offsets, staff and renter task lists, apply-a-template, overdue flags, requires-document linkage, advance and overdue nags, and notify-on-complete when a renter's portal upload satisfies a document task.

Leads as a board. Trello-style kanban on a reusable board engine — renamable, reorderable stages, polymorphic cards, labels, and comments.

Booking widget. One-line script embed, auto-resizing iframe with config-driven fields, colors, and copy, honeypot spam trap, submissions to the leads board, and token regeneration.

Stripe webhooks. Signature-verified endpoint reconciling payments the synchronous flow missed and mirroring dashboard refunds into the ledger.

Email log. Per-tenant record of every message sent, with recipient and subject search.

Add-on and space usage sidebars. Bookings count, quantity out, booked revenue, upcoming commitments with quantities, and top renters.

Reminder engine. Hourly job running at 8am in each account's local time: task due-today, invoice before-due and overdue reminders, and deposit return-due notices, all double-send-proof.
