Account identity and the handful of settings everything else depends on.

Identity

Your name, address, phone, and email. These merge into contracts, invoices, emails, and every portal and public page — this is the organization your renters think they are dealing with, so get it right.

Logo

Uploaded once and used on:

• Invoices and their PDFs
• Agreements and their PDFs
• The portals and public pages
• Every email the account sends

A logo that reads at small sizes on white works best. If yours has a dark background baked in, it will look wrong on an invoice.

Timezone

Set this before anything else

Everything is stored in UTC and displayed in your account's timezone — not each person's, and not the server's. "Today", overdue checks, and reminder scheduling are all computed in it, so an 8am reminder goes out at 8am where you are.

Changing it later does not re-interpret anything already entered.

Date-only fields — a due date, an event date — have no timezone and never shift.

Default view mode

Which side loads when somebody logs in: Rentals or Fairground. Set it to wherever your team spends most of its time.

Anyone can switch sides from the sidebar; this is only the starting point.

Invoice numbering

• Prefix — what goes in front of the number
• Next number — the number the next invoice will take

Moving from another system

Set the next number above your last one before raising the first invoice, so numbering continues rather than colliding with history.

Numbers are unique within your account and never reused.

Splash screen

The branded loading screen shown while the app boots. You can set a logo, a background, or a custom image.

Defaults set elsewhere

Some account-wide defaults live on other tabs because that is where they belong:

• Booking deposit percentage, security deposit amount, tax rate → Payments & Stripe
• Reminder cadences → Reminders
